- Masha introduced one-year-models-V9.1 forecasts groups for SW and NW Pacific regions on csep-cert server:
- Upgrade of New Zealand testing center to CSEP V8.10:
-
Acceptance tests passed for CSEP code distribution (except for ANSS data retrieval tests: see Trac ticket https://intensity.usc.edu/trac/csep/ticket/117), NZ specific codes
- Dispatcher process is failing due to the remaining tasks to be done:
- Danijel will work on GMT script for forecasts maps
- Grid shifting for ForecastML template - Danijel is working on it
-
- Wish list from Jeremy:
- Test date of July 1, 2008, was reprocessed on csep-cert for RELM Mainshock groups:
- N, L, and R tests
- Declustered catalog is used as observation catalog
- Masha generated L-test data to test it's stability:
- RELM Mainshock and Mainshock/Aftershock groups
- Staged observation catalog per model as provided by Jeremy
- Test date of July 1, 2008, was reprocessed on csep-cert for RELM Mainshock groups:
- ETAS one-day model installation within CSEP:
- Max sent an email that installation will be postponed due to issues he discovered in his own input catalog
- Max sent a list of ANSS problem events:
-
Danijel suggested to create a Wiki page with description of all discovered catalog problems: http://us.cseptesting.org/CatalogProblems
-
- S("space") and M("magnitude") evaluation tests to be added in V9.1, but not invoked in operations until V9.4:
- Jeremy sent Masha Matlab code and acceptance tests reference data
- Masha will introduce Python classes for the tests
- Masha implemented fixes for ANSS catalogs, working on acceptance tests for:
-
Trac ticket https://intensity.usc.edu/trac/csep/ticket/113
-
Trac ticket https://intensity.usc.edu/trac/csep/ticket/114
-
- Global testing:
- Data source: CMT
- No collection or test area
- Danijel is working on defining ForecastML template:
- 1.0 x 1.0 degree cells
- M5.95 (or M6.0) and above
- Jeremy and Danijel will submit two flavors of Triple-S model for testing
- Yan posted global forecast and map on his web-page:
- Uses 0.5 x 0.5 degree cells
- Goes up to 75 degrees for display purpose
- Danijel asked if forecast can go up to 90 degrees for data purpose
- Masha will send email to Yan summarizing rules for one-day and five-year models within California:
- If Yan agrees, will test KJSS model along with existing models
- Danijel would like to incorporate Japanese codes within CSEP during Hiroshi Tsuruoka-san visit in December
