  1. csep-op:
    1. V9.10.0 release:
      • Need to upgrade SciPy (V0.7.0) and NumPy (V1.3.0) packages
    2. V9.7.0 release:
      • Re-processing of California's one-day and RELM forecasts groups due to the ANSS catalog fixes
        1. Matlab license server crashed for test date of 2009-08-20 (re-processed)
        2. NFS server crashed for test date of 2009-08-21 (re-processed)
        3. Only three-month models remain to be reprocessed
  2. CSEP meeting at USC on September 24-25, 2009
    • Tran sent out agenda
    • Proposal discussion for the Testing Center results web viewer
    • Phil will give a short presentation on evaluation of synthetic seismographs
  3. Software development:
    1. Max reported that independent implementation of evaluation tests that use simulations (L, M, S and R tests) are within 1-2% difference from results with CSEP implementation
    2. V9.10 release candidate is running on csep-cert since 2009/09/18
    3. Phil asked what are the new features in V9.10.0:
      • Python implementation of the RELM evaluation tests
      • Two quantile scores vs. one for N-test
      • GenericCSEP distribution for scientists
      • Math symbols are displayed in tests results plots
      • Precision fix for CMT scalar moment magnitude value
      • Four new alarm-based models from Alvaro Gonzalez:
        1. Two one-day models
        2. One three-month model
        3. One five-year model
  4. Hardware:
    1. John confirmed that NFS server to be replaced for V9.10.0 release
    2. csep-cert
      • CSEPWebTest.py is not part of nightly build - some issues connecting to the web server
        1. John is looking at the problem, but most likely won't make it into V9.10.0
        2. Masha suggested to invoke the tests manually once V9.10 is installed on csep-op
