Generic Features for the CSEP Testing Center:

CSEP V10.7.0 software release addresses one of the top priority tasks to eliminate Testing Center dependency on Matlab. All filtering routines that prepare catalogs as input data for forecasts models and evaluation tests, are implemented in Python now. The only Matlab written functionality that remains within CSEP software is Reasenberg declustering algorigthm, which we hope to replace by original Fortran code in next V10.10.0 CSEP software release due October 1, 2010.
